Once my friend bought his girlfriend an awesome birthday present. They were planning on starting a band together, so he bought her an acoustic guitar. Only he found out that it was one of those weird things. She sold all her music books so she could buy him an electric keyboard, and in order to buy her the acoustic guitar, he had to take a job as a typist in a factory, which ruined his piano playing fingers. Even though they never started a band together, they lived happily ever after. Of course that was before they got divorced and tried to kill each other.
