It is a shock that some vendors charge for form creation! Most states will accept any form design as long as it covers the appropriate fields and provides them the correct data. Some dealers charge up to $100 for custom forms. This is outrageous! The next thing to watch out for when purchasing car dealer management software is integration with Black Book, NADA and other price checking features. This is a double charge, so be careful!
