When my sister and I started our online business, we were inexperienced and didn’t know how to properly market our company. Even though we were based online, we were trying to advertise the old-fashioned way, and we  weren’t making any progress. Luckily, a friend of mine knew of some great public relations firms, and she sent one of them over to talk to us. The agent showed us what we could do to improve, and she implemented the necessary changes. We were surprised at how much those changes increased our sales, and now we are considering hiring a few employees to keep up with product demand!
