Saturday, August 4th, so I sit in my dorm, I’ll walk in Udaipur, the city of lakes and palaces, meets by the Buses from Baroda, of Mexican and Belgian with whom I traveled from Naomi. We have planned a week away at the lake and have been checking out selfcatering accommodation in taupo to see where we might like to stay. It seems like years since we last went on holiday, especially for an entire week. I think the last time we had a break was about nine months ago and that was only for a weekend away.
