All I can say is 0800 Numbers are the best. Recently, while cleaning out my grandmother’s attic, I came across an antique sewing machine. I did some research on the Internet and discovered that this company is no longer in business. I was able to find another company that services this type of machine. I called their toll free number and they not only offered to help me, they even gave me the toll free number of a company within an hour of my house. We are dropping the machine off today. This machine is amazing and we cannot wait until it is up and running again. My grandmother is very excited that she will be able to use it to sew something.
