So I’m thinking of selling a property in Bristol… the question is which Estate Agent should I use? What do they do? how much do they cost? What services do the offer? Friends and colleagues all have different opinions and experiences, some of which contradict each other.

Thankfully, I found a great service called Agent Quote. Agent Quote allowed me to compare my Bristol estate agents, and other estate agents that service the whole of the UK.

Granted, not all agents have completed a profile, but  I got a good feel for what I can get for my money. I could also contact any of the agents I wanted to, by filling in a simple enquiry form. The service will improve as more agents fill in their profiles… but it’s not bad now. Give it a try!
