My family owns a small diner and we try to keep it in the family so that we don’t have to hire strangers to work there.  We hired a dishwasher and he is not dependable so we decided to let him go and purchase a used warewashing machine that we could all run and it does all the work.  This has cut quite a bit of excess from our budget and we simply love how easy this machine is to use.  My ten year old can operate it.  We are glad that we no longer have to rely on anyone other than family to run our business.
