My secretary thinks I am being unfair to her. I require all of my employees to have their LEED certification. I do not care if she is just filing paper work. She needs to know what kind of company we are, and what we stand for. She also needs to be able to answer any questions that potential clients have. The easiest way for her to have the information necessary to do that is by taking the same courses the rest of us have. Call me unfair, but those are my requirements. I am the boss, so I can be as unfair as I want.
