I knew of a lot of different apartment marketing strategies to get more tenants, but one thing I never thought about doing was advertising my open apartments on the Internet. You see, I didn’t grow up with computers, so I never really realized how many people rely on them for just about anything. It was a friend of mine who told me that it would be a good idea to post my apartments online. He showed me how to do it, and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It was great, too! My apartments were all filled within a few weeks!
