When I decided to do some research on job careers and availabilities in today’s changing market, I also wanted to compare salaries for several different job specialties. I was specifically interested in the average salary court reporter, my preferred career choice. It seems like it’s a fairly decent amount to make, but it does vary considerably from place to place. I guess I’ll have to take that into account if I choose to pursue this as my line of work. I realize that I may have to move to get the job and the pay level that I really need. At least I’m young and able to take up stakes quite easily at this place in my life.
