Every year, my company sponsors an annual employment fair for all of the students graduating from the various universities. They are able to come out and see what jobs are currently available. We try to make it a fun event, with different door prizes and some guest speakers. I am in charge of finding a huge marquee hire that can hold up to five hundred people. It is a great opportunity for these young adults to get their name out into the corporate world. In fact, I was hired by this company during the same employment fair three years ago!
