My step daughter Amy Jean has become just like one of my very own children to me, and I call her one of “the kids”, right alongside my own four children from my first marriage.  Amy Jean has been a very positive influence on my three daughters and even on my son, in terms of getting them involved with other young people who have good attitudes and are hard workers.  She wants to Buy a Snowboard with the money that she has saved from her part time job, and when she told me about it I said yes right away.  I think that when a girl works this hard and behaves so beautifully she deserves to make her own financial choices.
