Training to Run
January 19, 2010 2:43 am SportsHe had never run before. The only time he had ever run, was to catch a bus or the pizza delivery man. But now he was going through a 5k training program and he was almost at the point that he could run the entire five miles. He was experiencing so many benefits, too. He was breathing easier, he had lost weight, and he was beginning to feel his muscles strengthening. He was surprised to find, too, that he was actually beginning to really enjoy running as well. He knew that if he kept this up, it was going to be a very positive habit to keep.
