In my business, it is very important to stay on top of what is going on in the music industry.  If you don’t know what is hot, and what is not, then you get left behind very quickly.  That is why it is so important for me to be able to stay a little ahead of the game and get the best realtones for my cell phone, for the up and coming artists as a way to help advertise not just them, but myself as well.  If there is one thing you don’t want, it is to receive a phone call and your ring tone be a tune that is out of date and no longer hot in the industry, because that can unintentionally show people that you aren’t in what’s happening.
